Anti-doping chiefs told reporters earlier Thursday that drug cheats are more likely to be caught in Vancouver than ever before but refused to give details on more than 30 athletes banned from the Winter Games. One unnamed female has been allowed to stay and compete in the Games due to a "very special case"
